Sacred Self Love Women's Retreat
The intention of this retreat is to connect with our self love like never before ~ and to explore all that has been and currently gets in the way of our doing so.
I believe all healing happens in and THROUGH the body, so we will be cultivating this mind body connection through movement , breath, song, optional mushroom (psilocybin) ceremony with live music and ancestral healing modalities like the temazcal (sweat lodge), shamanic journeying, and community living.
This space will be an experience of sisterhood, connection, laughter, dancing, grief ceremony and pleasure~ we will remember our sweetness, our love and our magic~
My dear friend and renowned Chef Sergio GĂłmez will be creating delicious farm to table meals for us during our stay.
Massage Therapy Healers will also be available for appointments during our retreat weekend ~ These are women I have been working with for years that I trust and are experienced in body work during these energetic healing experiences.  The cost is extra and can be paid directly to them at the Breathe Inn if you decide to book with them. $110.00 per session. Â
The retreat will begin Friday at 3:00PM and will end on Sunday after lunch (around 3:00PM)
Transportation to and from San Diego to the Breathe Inn is not included. The energy exchange for the weekend $1101.00. This includes lodging, meals, materials and all ceremonies ~
(Transportation can be arranged for an additional fee)
